The shipping fees and customs duties are calculated depending on your shipping destination when you check out.
Orders are processed between one and two weeks.
Since all our pieces are made to order, we currently do not accept returns unless something is severely wrong. But we try our absolute hardest to get it right and make you happy the first time.
